Lean Startup is on the rise

Have you already heard about Lean Startup? It's a valuable method to reduce uncertainty and reduce complexity. In my opinion, it's a tool every Product Owner should know. It's also a must-have for every startup and research project. I won't explain the method now since it is quite straightforward (if you want to learn more, read the book The Lean Startup: How Constant Innovation Creates Radically Successful Businesses).


What I am noting is the rise in Lean Startup events. The community seems to be growing significantly. A very interesting mix of people, consisting of entrepreneurs, big company people, "normal" Scrummers - they are all there. If this is an interesting piece of information for you, keep your eyes open for a LeanStartup Meetup or a LeanCamp. For example, soon there will be a LeanCamp in Stuttgart.
